"We have renovated and built many houses over the years in New York and New Jersey. Over those years we have dealt with many General Contractors and tradesman. Most have done a decent job, many were outright terrible and very few were truly excellent. One of those excellent contractors (In fact the finest we have ever dealt with) was Ralph Busco and his team at Alison Paul Builders. From our initial meeting Ralph set the bar high. He helped us with everything from finding the right location and vision for our home to selecting the right architect to plan it all out. We almost didn’t work with Ralph if it were not for his extensive local knowledge and contacts. We were set to move forward with building a home when the deal our initial property to build on fell through. We contacted Ralph and let him know and he said he knew of a property in the area of the island we were looking at that was available. We soon closed a deal and were back on track.
From the outset of the project Ralph displayed his superior management and leadership skills. The project was started on time and the flow of work was excellent. He made recommendations and tweaks to the design of our home that we continue to appreciate today. We had constant meetings as things progressed to keep us updated. The trades people he used were all of the highest caliber, their work was superb. In addition, he doesn’t cut corners in materials using only the highest quality materials and systems which is very important when building at the shore where the climate is hard on a home.
From initial contact to after the final CO was issued Ralph answered every phone call and never let us down. It was truly an amazing and enjoyable experience building with AlisonPaul.
